We still have stocks of our Credit-card sized Fold-out Medicines Charts which have been so popular during Ask About Medicines Weeks. The cards, which were produced with sponsorship form the Department of Health, come complete with Ask About Your Medicines questions and a medicines reminder chart for people to record information about their own medicines.
